William Clay Reddix, 62, of Mill Spring, NC passed away, Saturday morning, April 14, 2018 at the Hospice House, Forest City, NC.Born in Mt. Sterling, KY, he was the son the late Andrew Reddix Jr. and Gracie Willoughby Reddix. Mr. Reddix worked many years as a welder for C.F. Reese Company and later with Gibbs Welding. He was a member of Silver Creek Baptist Church.Surviving is his wife of 30 years, Judy Raymond Reddix; five sons, William C. Reddix, II of Lake Placid, FL, Chris Hall of Powell County, KY, Ken Raymond (Leslie) of Mill Spring, Kirk Raymond of Mill Spring and Kevin Raymond of Eastlake, OH; one daughter, Karen Raymond Cooper (Bobby) of Mill Spring; one brother, Michael Reddix (Nora) of Jeffersonville, KY; four sisters, Phyllis Reed of Jeffersonville, KY, Joyce and Sherry of Winchester, KY and Angie King of Winchester, KY. Also surviving are eight grandchildren, five great-grandchildren and numerous nieces and nephews.A graveside service will be held at 4:00 p.m., Monday, April 16, 2018 in Silver Creek Baptist Church Cemetery, Mill Spring with Dr. Chris Osborn officiating.Memorials may be made to Hospice of the Carolina Foothills, P.O.
