Mike AikenSaluda, N.C. - William Michael Aiken, 59, of West Fork Creek Road, Saluda, NC died Sunday evening, December 31, 2006 in the Elizabeth House, Flat Rock, NC. Born in Greenville, SC, he was the son of the late William E. and Mattie Crowe Aiken. A graduate of Parker High School, Greenville, SC, class of 1966, he attended the University of South Carolina. Mike was Sales Manager at Haverty's of Greenville for the past 15 years. He had lived in Saluda, NC for the past 11 years and was a member of First Baptist Church of Saluda. Surviving are: his wife of 24 years, Marcia Pace Aiken of Saluda, NC; Joe Aiken of Easley, SC; Debra Huff of Greenville, SC; nieces, Tiffany and Alicia Huff and nephews Kyle and Todd Edney. Funeral services will be held 11:00 a.m. Wednesday, January 3, 2007 in the McFarland Funeral Chapel, Tryon, NC with Rev. Len Turner officiating. Family will receive friends from 7:00 to 8:30 p.m. Tuesday evening in the McFarland Funeral Chapel, Tryon, NC.
