Willard Bradley, 76, of Saluda, passed away, Tuesday morning, January 15, 2019 at his home.A native of Saluda (Green River Cove), he was the son of the late Moses Bradley and Mae Davis Bradley. Mr. Bradley served in the U.S. Army as a MP. He retired from N.C. D.O.T. in 2000. He was a member of Macedonia Baptist Church. Mr. Bradley was the last of six children.Surviving is his wife of 46 years, Barbara Pressley Bradley; two sons, Danny Bradley and Dietrich Bradley both of Saluda; one daughter, BJ Estes (Brian) of Mill Spring. Also surviving are six grandchildren and four great-grandchildren.The family will receive friends Thursday evening, January 17, 2019 from 6:00 p.m. to 8:00 p.m. in the McFarland Funeral Chapel.A funeral will be held at 11:00 a.m., Friday, January 18, 2019 in the McFarland Funeral Chapel with Rev. Justin White officiating.Burial will follow in Friendship Baptist Church Cemetery, Saluda.At other times, the family will be at the home of his daughter, BJ Estes in Mill Spring.
