TRYON, NC - Virgie Wilene Stacy, 79, of Tryon, NC, went home to be with the Lord Sunday, May 24, 2015 surrounded by her family.Born in Polk County, NC, she was the daughter of the late John Coleman and Mattie Davis Jolley. She was a homemaker, caregiver to family and always worked in the field.Surviving are two sons, Bobby Jolley (Teresa) of Chesnee, SC, Randy Ferguson (Beth) of Gaffney, SC; one nephew she loved like a son, Lane Blackwell (Dawn) of Tryon, NC; one sister, Barbara Jolley of Tryon, NC; one sister-in-law, Brenda Jolley of Greer, SC; four nieces, Paula, Wendy, Norma, Rachel and a nephew, Buster and special great nephew and niece, Caleb and Savannah Blackwell.She was preceded in death by her husband, Paul Stacy, her son, Paul Wesley Stacy, two brothers, Paul and Richard Jolley, one sister, Ellen Mann.A memorial service will be held at 11:00 a.m. Saturday, May 30, 2015 in Sandy Springs Baptist Church with Rev. Phil Bailey officiating.Burial will be private at a later date.The family will receive friends prior to the service Saturday from 10:00 a.m. to 10:45 a.m. in the church.The family would like to thank the staff of Hospice for the care they provided.
