TRYON, N.C. -- Thomas Champlain Hopkins, 72, of Tryon, N.C. passed away, Friday evening, March 11, 2011 at his home.Surviving is his wife, Carolyn Ragsdale Hopkins of the home; two sons, Andrew Hopkins of Tryon, N.C. and Eric Hopkins of Rocky Hill, CT; one daughter, Michele Gillis of Tryon, N.C.A private service will be held at a later date.
