COLUMBUS – Sylvia Anne Creasy, 86, passed away on Monday, August 7, 2023 at Tryon Estates in Columbus.
She was a native of Thomasville, North Carolina, daughter of the late Beatrice and Reubin Creasy.
Miss Creasy served in the United States Navy as a psychiatric Registered Nurse for 40 years and then moved to Tryon Estates in 2005.
Miss Creasy liked classical and opera music, enjoyed traveling, dining and helping people.
Her cremains will be interred in the Tryon Presbyterian Church Memorial Garden.
There will be no services.
Memorials may be made to Doctors Without Borders, USA, American Red Cross or Samaritan's Purse.
