Sandy Lynne Barnette Heatherly, 52, of Hendersonville, passed away unexpectedly Friday, March 26, 2021 at her home.Born in Tryon, she was the daughter of the late Tom Barnette and Trudy Foster Bull. Sandy attended Dorman High School and later received an Associates Degree from Blue Ridge Community College in Medical Billing. Recently, she had worked for Four Season Hospice as a Billing Clerk. Sandy enjoyed doing crafts.Surviving are one daughter, Nicole Green (Jerrid) of East Flat Rock; two sons, Devan Barnette (Nicole) and Colby Heatherly both of Saluda; three grandchildren, Kaleb, Lexi and Aiden; one sister, Sheila Pegg (Bobby) of Boiling Springs; two brothers, Glenn Barnette (Kathy) of Columbus and Randy Barnette of Asheville. Also surviving are two special friends, Debbie Green and Janet Conner.A memorial service will be held at 2:00 p.m., Friday, April 2, 2021 in the McFarland Funeral Chapel with Dr. Chris Osborn officiating.The family will receive friends prior to the service Friday from 1:00 p.m. to 1:45 p.m. at the funeral chapel.
