Columbus, NC - Ruth Silber Moeckel, 96 of Tryon Estates, Columbus, NC passed away on Tuesday, December 17, 2013.Born in Chicago, IL, she was the daughter of the late Charles and Frances Rys Silber.She was preceded in death by her husband of 44 years, Klaus A. Moeckel.
