Boiling Springs, SC - Jo Fortune Williams Henderson, 80, of Dale Court, Boiling Springs, SC, formerly of Tryon, NC died Monday, December 11, 2006 in Spartanburg Regional Medical Center, Spartanburg, SC.Born in Tryon, NC, she was the daughter of the late John and Bertha Kuykendall Fortune. Jo retired from The Leader in Spartanburg, SC and was a member of Bethany Baptist Church, Spartanburg, SC. She was first married to Boyce Williams who died in 1990 and later married to Mac Richard Henderson who died in 2005.Surviving are: one son, Stuart F. Williams of Boiling Springs, SC; one daughter, Michelle Bolick of Boone NC; one sister, Harriet Fortune Hall of Columbus, NC. Also surviving are 6 grandchildren.Funeral services will be held 2:00 p.m. Wednesday, Dec. 13, 2006 in the Tryon First Baptist Church, Tryon, NC with Dr. Darryl E. Maxwell and Rev. Glenn Rusher officiating.Burial will be in Polk Memorial Gardens, Columbus, NC.The family will receive friends from 1:00 to 2:00 p.m. Wednesday, December 13, 2006 in the Tryon First Baptist Church, Tryon, NC.The family will be at the home of the son, Stuart Williams, 216 Harvest Lane, Boiling Springs, SC.
