Obituary
Sunny View, NC—Ronald Everette Steppe, 93, of Sunny View, NC passed away on August 9, 2024 at his home.
He was preceded in death by his parents, James Clarence "J.C" and Ruth Byers Steppe; two brothers, Vernon Steppe and Howard Steppe and one sister, Katherine Steppe Hillman.
Surviving is his wife, Donna Gordon Steppe; his son, Michael Steppe (Tina); one granddaughter, Sarah Weatherford (Hunter); one brother, John Steppe (Tressie) and one sister, Margaret Steppe Davis.
A funeral will be held at 3:00 p.m. Sunday, August 11, 2024 at Lebanon Methodist Church, in Mill Spring, NC with Reverend Debbie Toney and Reverend Ned Owens officiating.
The family will receive friends prior to the service from 2:00 p.m. to 2:45 p.m.
Burial will follow in the church cemetery.
Memorials made be made to, Lebanon Methodist Church, 801 Womack Road, Mill Spring, NC 28756 or to Hospice of the Carolina Foothills, 374 Hudlow Rd, Forest City, NC 28043.
