Robin Julian, 73, of Columbus, North Carolina, passed away on March 1, 2026.

Robin was born in Montclair, New Jersey, the daughter of Gerald and Thelma Van Blarcom.

Robin was a devoted wife, loving mother, and cherished grandmother. She lived a vibrant, joy‑filled life traveling widely, embracing new experiences, and collecting stories from every corner she visited. She never met a stranger; Robin had a rare gift for turning brief encounters into lasting connections, and she filled every room with laughter, warmth, and her unmistakable sparkle.

A gifted artist, Robin specialized in charcoal drawings and proudly owned her own sign‑painting and screen‑printing business. Her creativity didn’t stop there she also built a beloved baking business, Cinn‑ful Nuts, where her talent and imagination truly shined. Each year, she crafted spectacular, personalized birthday cakes for her grandchildren, making sure they felt celebrated and deeply loved.

Robin was a pillar of her community, known not only for her kindness but for her extraordinary baked goods. From designing horse‑jumping cookies for steeplechase events to creating cakes for local events, her work became woven into the fabric of local traditions. Her treats and her bubbly, generous spirit brought joy to everyone fortunate enough to know her.

Surviving are her husband, Joseph E. Julian of Columbus, North Carolina; daughter, Ines Jennings (Dan) of Campobello, South Carolina; grandchildren, Ralph W. Jennings (Dakota) of Rutherfordton, North Carolina, and John M. Jennings of Columbus, North Carolina; and siblings, Ann Kurowski (Bob) of Wilmington, North Carolina; Gerald Van Blarcom of Fort Lauderdale, Florida; and John VanBlarcom (Beryl) of Easton, Pennsylvania.

The family will hold private services at a later date.
