Robert Russell Godfrey, 76, of Inman, went home to be with the Lord, Monday morning, November 8, 2021 at Spartanburg Medical Center.Born in Rutherford County, he was the son of the late James Monroe Godfrey and Etta Clyde Huffstickler Godfrey. Mr. Godfrey retired from the U.S. Army and served two tours in Vietnam.Surviving is his loving wife, Clara Wilson Godfrey.Per his wishes, no services are planned.
