Reba "Carolyn" Lewis, 91, passed away on August 21, 2024 at Autumn Care of Saluda, NC.
During her working career, Reba worked as a nurse at Broughton Hospital. She was a member of Bethel United Methodist Church in Morganton, NC.
Surviving are many nieces and nephews and two special friends, Marlene Jones and Jean Slaughter.
Carolyn's family wishes to thanks the staff of Autumn Care of Saluda for the the love and care they provided.
A private service will be held at a later date.
