SALUDA –
Priscilla Jean Pearson, 81, of Saluda, passed away Friday morning, November 1, 2024, at Hospice of the Carolina Foothills in Forest City.
Born in Polk County, she was the daughter of the late Giles Pearson, II and Dulcie Gordon Pearson. Priscilla was a graduate of Brevard College and went on to work as a secretary in several fields until her retirement. She was a artist and avid nature lover. She also wrote columns for magazines and local papers.
In addition to her parents, she was preceded in death by a brother, Giles Pearson, III.
Surviving are two sisters, Linda Hull (Robert) of Arizona and Sarah Pearson of Saluda.
Per Priscilla's request, no services are planned.
In lieu of flowers, memorials may be made to Hospice of the Carolina Foothills or to a charity of donor's choice.
