COLUMBUS, NC - Norman Frederick Schlaack, Jr., 80, of Columbus, NC passed away Wednesday, March 27, 2013 in St. Luke's Hospital, Columbus, NC.Born in Long Branch, NJ, he was the son the late Norman Frederick Schlaack, Sr. and Cora Peabody Schlaack and husband of the late Alice Marie Schlaack who died in 2008. Mr. Schlaack moved to Polk County in 1992.Surviving is one son, Norman F. Schlaack, III of St. Louis, MO; two grandsons, Nathan and Evan Schlaack.No services are planned.
