Tryon, NC-Norma Rose Deziel, 82, of Tryon, NC passed away August 19, 2015 in Hendersonville Health and Rehabilitation, Hendersonville, NC.She was born in Detroit, MI to the late Adelard and Marie Dora Boisvert Deziel. She was a member of the St. John the Baptist Catholic Church and loved by all. She was the principle of St. Henry's Catholic School in Lincoln Park, MI and later taught for many years in Connecticut at Greenwich High School.Surviving are two sisters Jeannine (Joseph) Strayhorn of MI and Therese (Henry) Smoke of Columbus, NC. Also surviving are three nieces, five nephews, seven grand nieces, and five grand nephews. She was preceded in death by her parents Adelard and Dora Deziel, a brother Gerard Deziel, and a sister Rita LeBlanc.Memorial services will be held on September 12, 2015, at The Chapel of St. John the Evangelist Catholic Church, in Fenton MI, at 10:30 am.
