TRYON, NC -- Mary Frances Burrell Tucker, 85, of Viewmont Apts., Tryon, NC died Thursday, March 8, 2007 at White Oak Manor in Rutherfordton, NC.Born in Polk County, NC, she was the daughter of the late George Washington and Susie Gosnell Burrell and widow of Roy M. Tucker who died in 1994. Mrs. Tucker was a member of the Pentecostal Holiness Church, Tryon, NC.Surviving are one son, Bobby Tucker of Lyman, SC; two daughters, Ailene Constance of York, SC and Carolyn Wease of Forest City, NC; two sisters, Lona Mae Ross of Tryon, NC and Ruby Crook of Asheville, NC. Also surviving are 5 grandchildren and 6 great-grandchildren.Funeral services will be held at 1:00 p.m. Sunday, March 11, 2007 in the McFarland Funeral Chapel, Tryon, NC with Pastor Arthur Campbell officiating.Graveside services will be held at 4:00 p.m. Sunday in Lakeview Memory Gardens, York, SC.The family will receive friends 6:00 p.m. to 7:30 p.m. Saturday evening in the McFarland Funeral Chapel.
