Obituary
Mary Constance Gibbs, 92, of Tryon, NC passed away at her home on Tuesday, August 12, 2025.
Mary was the daughter of the late Dock Henry and Ola Mae Davis Constance. She was a previous employee of Carolina Yarn Processing and the Polk County Visitor's Center. Mary was a member of Tryon First Baptist Church.
Mary was preceded in death by her husband, Ervin John Gibbs in 2009.
Surviving are three sons, John Ervin Gibbs (Debbie) of Tryon, NC, Mike Gibbs of Tryon, NC and Bobby Gibbs of Tryon, NC; five grandchildren and 10 great grandchildren.
Graveside services will be held at 2:30 p.m. on Friday, August 15, 2025 at Polk Memorial Gardens in Columbus, NC, officiated by Dr. Jeff Harris.
