- Mary Lou Mahaffey Andrews, 86, passed away on Sunday, December 17, 2017 at Mercy Hospital in Rogers, Arkansas. She was born on Nov. 8, 1931 in Chesnee, S.C. Mary Lou was the daughter of the late Ed and Etta Jones Mahaffey. She was a member of Melvin Hill Church of the Brethren.Surviving is her daughter, Markita A. Rogers and spouse Bill (of Bentonville, AR); two grandchildren, William and Anais; one sister, Wilma Peercy; seven nieces and two nephews. A funeral will be held at 2:00 p.m. on Tuesday, December 26, 2017 at Melvin Hill Church of the Brethren, Green Creek, NC with Rev.
