INMAN – Martha Hall Davis, 95, of Inman, went home to be with the Lord, Friday morning, January 23, 2026, at her home.
Born in Landrum, she was the daughter of the late Lonnie Eugene Hall, Sr. and Lillian Kelly Hall. Martha was a graduate of Landrum High School and went on to work and retire from Milliken and Company in Spartanburg in the Print Shop. Martha loved to travel and enjoyed living on Lake Bowen. Martha was well known for her cakes and bread. She was a member of New Prospect Baptist Church.
In addition to her parents, she was preceded in death by her husband, Walt Davis who passed away in 2005; her loving son, A. Hal Fisher who passed away in 2012; two brothers, Lonnie Hall and Roy Hall.
Surviving is one nephew, Wayne Hall (Judy) of Shelby; one niece, Jill Taylor (Eddie) of Green Hill; her caregiver and friend, David Corn of Inman.
Visitation will be held at 10:00 a.m. to 10:45 a.m. Thursday, January 29, 2026, at New Prospect Baptist Church, Inman with her funeral to follow at 11:00 a.m. at the church with Reverend Bill Harris and Reverend Rob Reece officiating.
Burial will be private in Polk Memorial Gardens in Columbus.
