TRYON, NC - Marta Burnett Christmann, 34, of Tryon, NC died Thursday, April 2, 2009 at her home. Born in Spartanburg County, SC, she was the daughter of Ronald Burnett of Campobello, SC and Joan Holt Burnett of Shelby, NC. Mrs. Christmann was a graduate of Polk County High School, class of 1993 and Isothermal Community College. She has been employed at Autumn Care Nursing Center in Saluda, NC for approximately 10 years. In addition to her parents, she is survived by her husband, Joey Christmann of the home; two daughters, Katheren Burnett and Courtney Christmann both of the home; one brother, Brent Burnett of Shelby, NC; one sister, Rhonda Combs of Portland, OR. A memorial service will be held at 11:00 a.m. Monday, April 6, 2009 in the McFarland Funeral Chapel, Tryon, NC.
