Mill Spring , NC - Lewis Keith Foy, 56, of Mill Spring, NC passed away, September 29, 2015 in Houston, Texas.Keith was the son of Jesse and Shirley Foy. He was a graduate of Polk Central High School and enjoyed spending time fishing. Keith worked at Delta in Spartanburg as an electrician. He was a member of Mill Spring First Baptist Church. In addition to his parents, he is survived by a son Dylan Patton, a brother Timothy Foy, and a sister Sonya Levister. Also surviving are numerous nieces, nephews, and cousins.A memorial service will be held at 2:00 pm, Saturday, October 10th, 2015 in the McFarland Funeral Chapel with Rev. David Bame and Rev.
