- Larry Spencer Warner, 64, of Grays Creek Church Road, Rutherfordton, NC died Sunday, August 15, 2010 in Autumn Care Nursing Center, Forest City, NC.Born in Rutherford County, he was the son of the late Robert Wesley and Dorothy Brown Cash Warner. He was a Veteran having served in the U. S. Navy during the Vietnam War. Larry was retired from Lutz Petroleum, Spindale, NC where he had been a truck driver for 37 years. He was of the Baptist faith.Surviving is his wife of 30 years, Kaye Grigg Warner; 4 daughters, Brenda Gaither of Morganton, NC; Melanie Gowan of Forest City, NC; Pattie Morrow of Forest City, NC and Angela Lane (Larry) of Union Mills, NC; two sons, Scott Scism of Kings Mtn., NC and Kenneth Morrow (Kim) of Forest City, NC; a brother, Terry Cash (Linda) of Durham, NC and a sister, Rita C. Runion (Harold) of Asheville, NC Also surviving are 9 grandchildren.Memorial services will be held 2:00 p.m. Thursday, August 19, 2010 in the Grays Creek Baptist Church, Rutherfordton, NC with Rev. Bryan Cooper and Rev. Jerry Ruppe officiating.Family will receive friends just prior to the service from 1:00 to 2:00 p.m. in the Grays Creek Baptist Church.Memorials may be made to Rutherford County Hospice, P.O.
