Mill Spring, NC - Kimberly Rose Kerr, 59, of Lake Adger Road, Mill Spring, NC, died Monday, January 5, 2015 in Spartanburg Regional Medical Center, Spartanburg, SC. Born in Detroit, MI, she was the daughter of the late George and Patricia Barnes Kerr. She was employed by the Old Bailey Company, Tryon, NC for more than thirty years. Kimberly enjoyed traveling. Surviving are her companion of twenty-six years, Chris Lockhart; a son, Casey Lockhart and a daughter, Alicia Lockhart all off Mill Spring, NC; two brothers, Douglas Kerr and Michael Kerr both of California. Memorial services will be held at a later date. Memorials may be made to the Gibbs Cancer Center, 101 East Wood Street, Spartanburg, SC 29303.
