Tryon, NC - Judy Anderson Turner, 72, of Tryon, NC died Monday, October 6, 2014. She was born in Tipton, IN on Septermber 5, 1942 to the late Gilbert and Adel Anderson. She grew up in Clearwater, FL and Scottsville (Allen County) Kentucky.She married Joe M. Turner in 1960 and the couple had three children: Ginger, Jon and Jason. Judy is survived by her husband of 54 years, Joe M. Turner of Tryon, NC; daughter, Ginger Holt (Tom) of Asheville, NC and son Jon M. Turner (April) of Greenville, SC and seven grandchildren. She was predeceased by a son Jason M. Turner of Tryon, NC and two brothers, Gordon and Allen Anderson, Westmoreland, TN. Graveside services will be held at 2:00 p.m. Thursday, October 9, 2014 in Polk Memorial Gardens, Columbus, NC.Memorials may be made to Hospice of the Carolina Foothills, 130 Forest Glen Dr. Columbus, NC 28722.
