Josephine Sanders LeCrawColumbus, NC - Josephine Sanders LeCraw, 88, of Columbus, NC died Wednesday, August 11, 2010 at Smith-Phayer Hospice House in Landrum, SC.Born January 2, 1922 in Atlanta, GA, she was the daughter of the late James and Josephine Field Saunders. A graduate of the University of Georgia, she was a mother, artist, dancer, singer, and natural comedian. She was preceded in death by her late husband John W. LeCraw who died in 1992. Surviving are her four daughters Joy LeCraw, Linda Craig, Anne Yarborough and Nance Wolff.Graveside services will be held at Arlington Cemetery in Atlanta, GA at a later date. Memorials may be made to Hospice of the Carolina Foothills, 130 Forest Glen Dr. Columbus, NC 28722.
