TRYON, NC - Joseph Phillip Biscoe, 76, of Oak Street, Tryon, NC died Wednesday, November 25, 2009 in White Oak Manor Nursing Center, Tryon, NC.Born in Coaldale, PA, he was the son of Julia Zulick Biscoe Novosedlik of Tryon, NC, the late Joseph Vincent Biscoe and husband of the late Ann Joyner Biscoe who died March of 2009. Mr. Biscoe was a member of Holy Cross Lutheran Church in Charlotte, NC and a Pianist prior to his illness.Surviving are one daughter, Diane Snow and one son, Ronald Biscoe both of Saugerties, NY; one brother, Buddy Biscoe of Ohio. Also surviving are 2 grandchildren, Michael and Elizabeth Biscoe of Saugerties, NY.A memorial service will be held at 11:00 a.m. Saturday, November 28, 2009 in White Oak Manor, Benson Hall Day Room in Tryon, NC.Memorials may be made to Foothills Humane Society, 989 Little Mountain Road, Columbus, NC 28722.
