Mill Spring, NC- James Homer Lee, 55, of Lake Adger Road, Mill Spring, NC, passed away April 8, 2009 in his home. Born in Baltimore, MD, he was the son of Homer and Margie Blanton Lee. Mr. Lee was a veteran of Vietnam having served in the U.S. Navy. He was a member of North Glenn Baptist Church in Glen Burnie, MD and was employed with Baxter's Lab for fifteen years and Westinghouse for six years. In addition to his parents, Mr. Lee is survived by; two brothers, Richard Wayne Lee of Pennsylvania and Randall Scott Lee of Mill Spring, NC. He was preceded in death by a sister, Shirley Ann Lee and grandparents, Binam and Florence Blanton of Mill Spring, NC and James and Nora Lee of Banner Elk, NC. Graveside services will be held at 2:00 p.m. on Tuesday, April 14, 2009 in the Coopers Gap Church Cemetery, Mill Spring, NC with Rev. Warren Elliot officiating.
