Jacqueline Fitzgerald Henson, 85, of Columbus, NC, died Tuesday, March 20, 2018 in her home.Born in Raleigh, NC, she was the daughter of the late Elbert Fitzgerald, Sr. and Rachel Britt Fitzgerald. Jackie worked as a Home Demonstration Agent with the Polk County Extension Office for 30 years before retirement. Jackie was a member of Tryon First Baptist Church.In addition to her parents, Jackie was predeceased by a son, Scott Henson.Surviving are her husband, Clarence Henson of the home; two daughters, Susan Milner of Bridgeton, NJ, and Sandy Blackwell of Lyman, SC. Also surviving is a grandson, Micah Milner.A graveside service will be held at 2:00 p.m., Saturday, March 24, 2018 in Polk Memorial Gardens with Dr. Darryl Maxwell officiating.Memorials may be made to Tryon First Baptist Church, P.O.
