Tryon, NC - Helen Joan Jackson Mears, 80, of Tryon, NC died Saturday, January 16, 2010 in White Oak Manor of Tryon. Born in Okmulgee, OK, she was the daughter of the late Donald W. and Juanita Josephine Frost McCoy. She was a floral designer and artist. Surviving is a friend Linda Moorhous of Columbus, NC. No services are planned.
