Harold Lee Williams, 68, passed away and went to be with his Lord and Savior on Saturday, August 27, 2022 at Spartanburg Medical Center.Born and raised in Polk County, Harold was the son of the late Jonathan Arnold and Ruth Edwards Williams.  He worked as an electrician until his retirement.  Harold was a member of Midway Baptist Church and was proud of being a born-again Christian.  He loved going "loafing" around Polk County, making people laugh and enjoyed serving the Lord through mission work.  He was a loving husband and father.He is survived by his wife, Bunny Williams; daughter and son-in-law, Nikki and Tom Wachtler; a sister, Judy Morton and many extended family and friends.A memorial service will be held at 2:00 p.m. on Saturday, September 3, 2022 at Midway Baptist Church in Columbus, NC with Reverend Randall Wood, Reverend Peter McDonald, Brother William Mills and Reverend Lloyd Howard officiating.The family will receive friends prior to the service from 1:00 p.m. to 1:45 p.m.In lieu of flowers, memorials may be made to Midway Baptist Church, Mission Fund, P.O.
