GLENNIE RUBY HEYDMANRUTHERFORDTON, NC -- Glennie Ruby Heydman, 87, of 379 Buddy Court, Rutherfordton, NC died Friday, March 17, 2006 in Hospice House of Rutherford County in Forest City, NC. Born in Rutherford County, NC, she was the daughter of the late Willie and Pearlie McCraw Haynes. She was a member of Grassy Knob Baptist Church. Surviving are three sons, Aaron Pruitt of Bostic, NC; Keith Pruitt of Rutherfordton, NC; and Robert Heydman of Spartanburg, SC. Three daughters, Grace Varner of Bostic, NC; Ann Danskin of Tampa, FL; and Marie Riley of Hendersonville, NC. Two brothers, General Haynes of Sunnyview, NC, and Cecil Haynes of Inman, SC. Four sisters, Marie Sain of Sunnyview, NC; Pantha Lively of Hendersonville, NC; Dorothy Cath of Cliffside, NC; and Stella Lowman of Odington, MD. Also 28 grandchildren, 73 great-grandchildren, and 11 great-great grandchildren. Funeral services will be held at 3:00 p.m. on Sunday, March 19, 2006 in Grassy Knob Baptist Church with Rev. Jerry Jackson officiating. Burial will be in Grassy Knob Baptist Church Cemetery. The family will receive friends prior to the service from 2:00 to 3:00 p.m. in the church.
