- Fred Junior Richards, 59, of Landrum SC passed away on Friday, January 19, 2018 at his residence.Fred was the husband of the late Frances Delancey "Fran De" Wooley Richards. He was kind to everyone he met and rarely met a stranger. Fred enjoyed spending his time carp and cat fishing. He also enjoyed spending time with his grandchildren. Surviving is a daughter, Tina L. Hicks of Tryon, NC; a step daughter, Felicia Richards of Cowpens, SC; a step son, Bruce Richards, of Tryon, NC; a brother, Neddy Richards, of Fingerville, SC; four grandchildren, Christeena Hicks, Madelyn Blanton, Jasmine and Jacob Russell; and one great grandchild, Tori Garner. He also leaves behind his dog Tazz.A visitation will be held at McFarland Funeral Chapel on Friday, January 26, 2018 from 6:30 p.m. to 8:00 p.m.
