Mr. Franklin Michael Walker, age 43, of Columbus North Carolina, passed away on Sunday, April 30, 2023.  Come to me, all you who are weary and burdened, and I will give you rest. Matthew 11:28.Frank was born on July 16, 1979 in North Charleston, South Carolina, where he was the much loved son of Michael and JoAnn Walker. He is preceded in death by his parents, step-father, Johnny Gallagher and step-mother, Dorothy Ann Walker. In his youth, Frank enjoyed crabbing, shrimping, and camping at Edisto State Park. Later he enjoyed karaoke, movies, and crossword puzzles. A Sunday watching the Carolina Panthers was always a good start to the week for him!Left to remember his tender heart and gentle spirit are sisters Paulette Walker and Dawn Schlecht, both of Goose Creek, South Carolina. He will also be missed and remembered by nieces Logan and Macon, and nephews Michael, Bradley, and Henry. In lieu of flowers, memorials may be made to the Coastal Conservation League at coastalconservationleague.org or Helping Hands of Goose Creek at 104 B Commerce Place, Goose Creek, SC 29445-0992.
