Frank Thomas Pack, 84, of Rutherfordton, NC, died, Wednesday, December 27, 2017 in Oak Grove Healthcare Center, Rutherfordton, NC.Born in Lake Lure, NC, he was the son of the late William Franklin and Annie Eliza Wilson Pack. He was the husband of the late Dorothy R. Pack. Frank was a veteran of the U.S. Army. He was the previous founder and owner of White Oak Carpet. He enjoyed reading, working on cars, traveling, and hiking. Frank attended Calvary Chapel in Asheville, NC.Surviving are a daughter, Linda Burkett (Robert), of Spindale, NC; a son, Michael Pack (Robin) of Rutherfordton, NC; two sisters, Agnes Jolley of Columbus, NC and Wilma Jolley of Anderson, SC; a daughter in law, Lisa Pack of Tryon, NC; 5 grandchildren, Eric, Timothy, Ethan, Evan, and Emmaleigh.He was predeceased by a son, Thomas Pack.Private services will be held.
