Tryon, NC - Elisabeth Charlotte Breuer, 78, of 77 Brookwood Drive, Tryon, NC died Thursday, February 25, 2010 after a long illness. Born in Germany, she was the daughter of the late Mr. and Mrs. Karl Lang. A former resident of Pearl River, NY, she moved to Polk County, NC in the fall of 1991. She was an avid gardener and a member of the Episcopal Church of the Holy Cross in Tryon, NC. Surviving are her husband Charles Breuer; one son, Lloyd Breuer of Bloomsburg, PA, one brother, Gustav Lang of Germany. Also two granddaughters, Holly and Heather. A private memorial service will be held at a later date in the Episcopal Church of the Holy Cross in Tryon, NC. Memorials may be made to Hospice of the Carolina Foothills, 130 Forest Glen Drive, Columbus, NC 28722.
