Danny Reginald Pearson, 69, of Hendersonville went home to be with the Lord, Saturday evening, June 13, 2020 at his home.Born in Clinton, SC, he was the son of the late John C. Pearson and Ruby Bailey Pearson. Mr. Pearson retired from Pike Electric Corporation as a lineman. After retirement, he authored "" and enjoyed reading the Bible. He was of the Pentecostal faith.In addition to his parents, he was preceded in death by a grandson, RC Carter.Surviving is his wife of fifty-two years, Adeline Waters Pearson; four daughters, Dawn Pitcock (Jimmy) of Fletcher, April McNeely (Joe) of Flat Rock, Kelly Carter (Ron) of Rutherfordton and Kylene Ramey (Jason) of Landrum; one brother, John Pearson (Mary Alice) of Georgia; one sister, Vicki Waldrop (Leroy) of Green Creek; eight grandchildren, Savannah Crane (Brett). Danelle Pitcock, Addie McNeely, Austin Carter, Kayla Ramey, Ashley Carter, Megan Ramey and Garrett Carter; granddaughter-in-law, Haley Smart-Carter; one great-grandson, Brody Smart.A graveside service will be held at 11:00 a.m. Tuesday, June 16, 2020 in Saluda City Cemetery with Reverend Henry Vegter officiating.
