Carl Levance Jones, 72, of Saluda, NC, died Wednesday, December 06, 2017 in Autumn Care of Saluda, Saluda, NC.Born in Henderson County, NC, he was the son of the late Napoleon and Rosalie Stamper Jones. Carl worked as a truck driver with numerous companies during his working career. He will be remembered as someone who loved to tinker on numerous things. He will be dearly missed by all who knew him.Surviving are two sisters, Helen Johnson (Bobby) of Saluda, NC, and Lavada Vaughan (Jerry) of Union, SC. Also surviving are a niece, Sheryl McCall (Chris) of Saluda, NC; two nephews, Bryan Staley (Ann-Margaret) of Raleigh, NC, and Paul Johnson (Patricia) of Flat Rock, NC.Carl was predeceased by a brother, Mark "Boney" Jones.A graveside service will be held at 2:00 p.m., Saturday, December 16, 2017 in Saluda City Cemetery with Rev.
