MILL SPRING –
Calvin Frank Ruff, 67, of Mill Spring, passed away Wednesday afternoon, May 15, 2024, at Hospice of the Carolina Foothills in Forest City.
A native of Polk County, he was the son of the late Norma Shehan. Calvin attended Polk Central High School and retired from Wilsonart in Fletcher after 23 years of service. When he was not working, Calvin enjoyed deer hunting and tinkering with his truck and tractor.
In addition to his mother, he was preceded in death by his grandparents, Howard, and Rose Ruff.
Surviving is his loving wife of 30 years, Kari Sain Ruff; two daughters, Kelia Maner (Jason) of Kings Mountain and Katie Hawks (Heath) of Augusta, Georgia; one grandson, Mason Maner; three sisters, Beck Nelon (John) of Sunny View, Wanda Russell of Mill Spring and Pam Tessnear (Brian) of Columbus. Also surviving are several nieces.
No services are planned.
