LYNN, NC -- Barbara Flynn Lindsey, 64, of Lynn Rd., Lynn, NC, died Wednesday, January 21, 2009 at her home. Born in Polk County, NC, she was the daughter of Zeona Culbreth Flynn of Lynn, NC and the late Hoyt Flynn. She was a past employee of St. Luke's Hospital in Columbus, NC. Mrs. Lindsey was a member of Pacolet Hills Baptist Church in Columbus, NC. Surviving in addition to her mother is her husband Robert Lee Lindsey of the home. Two sisters, Doris Petty of Landrum, SC and Nancy Edgerton of Asheville, NC. Also surviving are several nieces and nephews. Funeral services will be held at 11:00 a.m. on Friday, January 23, 2009 in Pacolet Hills Baptist Church in (Stott's Corner), Columbus, NC with Rev. James Price Jr., officiating. Burial will be in Pacolet Hills Baptist Church Cemetery.
