Annie Mae Mosteller Moss, 87, of Lynn, North Carolina, passed away, Tuesday afternoon, March 10, 2026, at Valley Hill Health and Rehabilitation in Hendersonville, North Carolina.

Born in Franklin, North Carolina, she was the daughter of the late Arthur Mosteller and Lena Moses Mosteller. Mrs. Moss retired from South Carolina Elastic in Landrum, South Carolina. She was an avid reader and enjoyed traveling. Mrs. Moss was a long-time member of Tryon Church of God.

In addition to her parents, she was preceded in death by her husband, Leroy Moss who passed away in 2009; four brothers, Elbert Mosteller, Burgin Mosteller, Roy Mosteller and Robert Mosteller; two sisters, Molly Gosnell and Frances Stewart.

Surviving is one son, William “Billy” Moss (Rebecca) of Columbus; one granddaughter, Anita Lovelace (Tony) of Rutherfordton, North Carolina; one sister, Dolly Lynn of Greer, South Carolina; one great-grandson, James Lovelace.

A graveside service will be held at 2:00 p.m., Friday, March 13, 2026, in Polk Memorial Gardens in Columbus, North Carolina with Reverend John Williams officiating.
