Angela Martin “Jackson” was born in Pikeville Kentucky on March 8th, 1977. On August 15th, 2026, she went to join the Lord at the age of 49. Purple was her favorite color. She absolutely loved butterflies and watching a good thunderstorm on the porch with some coffee in her hand. She loved everyone and did that with her whole heart. She didn’t believe in hate. She felt that everyone deserved to be loved. Anyone who met her became a better person for just having her in their life. The strength, love and compassion she showed will live on forever. She leaves behind her husband Patrick Jackson, sons Ryan McCoy, Jase Martin and Kade Martin. Her daughter Kori McCoy (husband Alan Sanchez), and grandkids Skylar, Bellaand Noah. Her mother Shirley Colman, and sister Amanda Blackburn. She was preceded in death by her father Larry Anderson and brother Andy Anderson.

Her funeral will be held Friday August 21st , 2026 at Mcfarland Funeral home in Tryon, NC at 1 pm.
