Columbus, NC--Albert B. Cochran passed away on January 7, 2023 at the age of 81.Albert was a native of Polk County and son of the late Fred & Geneva Cochran of Columbus, NC. Albert retired as a Computer Operator from General Electric. He enjoyed the outdoors, hiking, gardening, photography and travel.Surviving is his Daughter, Teresa Cochran; his Son, Anthony Cochran and his sister, Lois Edwards (Larry).The family would like to express sincere gratitude to the wonderful caregivers at Ridge Rest Assisted Living, Columbus, NC.  A private Celebration of Life will be held by the family.Condolences can be mailed in C/O Lois Edwards, 3200 108 Hwy E, Columbus, NC 28722.
