TRYON –
Adrian Grant Chapman, 54, of Tryon, passed away Friday afternoon, November 8, 2024, at Upstate Community Hospice House in Landrum, following a battle with cancer.
Born in Tryon, he was the son of the late Snig Chapman and Eva Wright Chapman. Adrian, also known as "Little A", worked for the Town of Tryon for 24 years. He enjoyed guns and metal work when not working.
In addition to his parents, he was preceded in death by two sisters, Micki and Ginger; one stepson, James "Tank" Waters.
Surviving is his wife of 11 years, Janet Cowan Chapman; one brother, Authur "Big A" Chapman of Landrum; two stepchildren, Smanatha Jackson of Tryon and Justin Jackson of Tryon.
No services are planned at this time.
